If your loved one already qualifies for Nebraska AD Waiver, please contact us and we will be happy to provide information regarding your options. If not yet eligible for AD Waiver, first fill out an application online at iServe Nebraska (see link under our resource page).
Christopher's Promise is a family-owned agency. We have over 35 years of experience in working with many state and local resources, one being AD Waiver. We have a passion for helping others, specifically families who are caring for or needing care for their loved one at home.
